REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION
Registration for admission to classes Pre-KG to XII will be made between 10.30A.M. and 12 Noon from the date of announcement by the Management. However, registration for UKG to Std XII classes will be allowed on the clear understanding that the admissions will be made on merit in the event of vacancies arising out of withdrawal of pupils due to the transfer of parent etc. Registration is no guarantee for admission.
Preference is given to wards / children of Defence personnel.
For admission to Pre-KG, the minimum age required is 2.5 years.
For admission to LKG, the minimum age required is 3 years. (on or before 31st March)
SCHOOL FEES
The School year is divided into three terms for payment of fees.
First Term Fees on or before 1st to 15th of June for Pre-KG – Std XII
Second Term Fees on or before 1st to 15th of August for Pre-KG – Std XII
Third Term Fees on or before 1st to 15th of December for Pre-KG – Std XII
FEE REGULATION
- The School tuition fee is to be paid for Pre-KG to Std XII in three terms. No monthly fee will be accepted.
- Fees once paid shall not be refunded or transferred on any account to the name of another child even he / she is of the same family. So parents should check with school office the exact amount of fee payable before payment.
- If a child is to be admitted in the middle of the II term/III Term he / she has to pay the fee, inclusive Admission, Special Lab and Tuition Fees for the previous term before he / she can be admitted into the school.
